MILESTONES' MISSION EXODUS PROGRAM
Mission Exodus is an important adjunct to our broader CareerShip model. While this program serves only a small percentage of our interns, it exists to support those who have faced real disadvantage and simply need a fair chance to move forward.
We extend opportunity to individuals who have lived through difficult circumstances, including unstable living situations, military service that left them seeking renewed direction, involvement with the justice system, or personal struggles that have limited their access to opportunity. Every participant is screened, and we are honored to work with those who show a genuine desire to grow, work, and succeed.
Through Mission Exodus, we provide focused training, steady guidance, and meaningful support that helps each person rediscover dignity, confidence, and hope. At the same time, we strengthen our employer partners by connecting them with candidates who are motivated, resilient, and ready to contribute.
